Market Watch Santa Clara County Residential Weekend of 9/5-7/



  • This weekend the new listings out paced sold's for a change.
  • Price decreases still at a high ratio over increases as buyers in certain areas will not have current market values dictated to them.
  • Totals: Active Listing = 1792; Pendings = 1633
  • Months of Inventory = 3.2; We haven't hit the 3 months mark since January and before that February 2013 and 2012. There hasn't been a summer high mark like this since 2011!
